Ambre Cardinal (she) who lives and works in Marseille, and graduated in Art and Object Design from the Strasbourg School of Decorative Arts, before obtaining a master’s degree from the Royal College of Art in London in 2012. She expresses her poetic universe through sculpture, objects, images and staging, with the body in motion at the centre of her approach. In her quest for balance, she shapes metal by hand and creates sculptures of bodies and spatial jewellery. Through her minimalist aesthetic, where emptiness is used to define space, Ambre Cardinal reveals suspended moments and floating objects.
